Special Projects
A specialist team for one-off projects that sit outside Size Group’s core private residential work.
For projects that don't fit neatly into a box
Occasionally, a project comes along where the client, the opportunity and the project itself are compelling enough to take us beyond what we would normally do.
The former Penn School in Buckinghamshire is one such project — currently undergoing a major transformation into Rayners Penn, a luxury boutique hotel and spa.
Clients benefit from the agility of a dedicated team, backed by the wider expertise, specialist crafts and resources of the Group.
Services
From custom new-build homes to high-quality extensions and refurbishments, our Build team has the expertise to bring your vision to life.
