Construction Engineer

• Degree or equivalent experience in construction related subjects.
• Knowledge of methods, techniques and procedures within different engineering functions.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Able to work on own initiative.
• Understanding and use of Contract/Commercial agreements.
• Proven track record in the management of construction environments.

• Manage large construction projects.
• Ensure that building comply with building regulations.
• Calculating costs and preparing budget projections.
• Overseeing the work of the engineering and construction teams.
• Preparing appraisal reports.
• Ensuring high quality of materials.
• Performing technical bid analysis.
• Preparing physical layouts for construction projects.
• Identifying and resolving all structural and technical issues.
• Acting as a point-of-contact for investors and stakeholders.
• Helping deliver our clients business needs.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure appropriate construction resource is engaged to support project activities across the site.
