Construction of a new private house in the rolling Oxfordshire hills. The building followed a very contemporary design, replacing an old farmhouse in a secluded setting.

We were appointed following a two-stage process, collaborating with the design team throughout the pre-construction period to advise on buildability.

We have carried out planned and reactive maintenance on the property since completion.
