Construction of a new private house on the sea front in Hove. The building follows a very contemporary design and replaces a derelict Victorian Bathhouse.

We were appointed under a Design & Build contract following a negotiation period with the client, based on our previous good working relationship with the clients advisors.

All wood flooring and joinery fixtures and fittings were carried out by our own in-house flooring and joinery companies.
