This unique project included the addition of two new natural stone wings to a private mansion house, which we had constructed back in 2012 for the previous owners. Along with complete refurbishment of the original house and outbuildings on this 600 acre estate, we undertook major landscape works, the scope of which included lake dredging, the restoration of walled gardens and follies, as well as the construction of a private golf course.

This project was secured on an negotiated, cost-plus basis, with our team working closely with the client’s team to deliver the project to the highest possible quality, whilst always delivering maximum levels of value for money at each stage of the process.

Works started on site midway through 2019, and despite the pandemic, we completed the project in early 2022, with numbers onsite reaching over 700 people at it's peak. As is so often the case on our projects, we now undertake all planned preventative maintenance on the estate, as well as carrying out small projects as and when they arise.
